Delicious, home-made food defines the Queenswood dining experience.  Made from organic, fairly-traded ingredients whenever possible, our meals aim to feed the body and nourish the soul.

Bedrooms
Our simply-furnished bedrooms create a quiet and peaceful experience for guests.  In every bedroom you'll find a closet, dresser, sink, desk, easy-chair and bed.  Most bedrooms have shared washrooms, while a few have private ensuites.

Library
With over 12,000 items, the Queenswood library covers topics such as spirituality and world religions, psychology,  fiction and biography.  Public memberships available.  24-hour borrowing privileges also available for guests on a Queenswood retreat.

Therapeutic Pool

Art is a helpful spiritual tool.  Access your creativity and delve into a world of free expression and exploration.  You don't have to be "an artist" to enjoy the benefit of taking time to make a collage, mandala or painting.

Places of Prayer, Meditation and Reflection
Find your sacred space at Queenswood: the Chapel, a large room with hardwood floors and arbutus trees that peer over the skylights; the Sanctuary, a small private space softened by blue tones; and the Oratory, a traditional Catholic prayer space.

In addition to the woods and walking trails, explore the Mary Garden, grotto, rose gardens and labyrinth.  Or take a short stroll down to one of the neighbourhood beaches where you'll find nature in one of its most beautiful forms.

Our spritual directors and counselors come from a variety of religious and spiritual traditions to meet you where you're at, while our bodywork practitioners offer a variety of services, from Reiki to biodynamic craniosacral therapy to Swedish massage.
